Works great, i found a little 3m double stick tape in between it and the stock console tray really stiffened it up. As far as everyone saying the lid doesnt latch afterwards, of course it doesnt, you just laid another plastic tray on top of it. However, the striker on the bottom half of the console is adjustable. Remove the stock console insert by prying it out gently with a screwdriver. It is held in by plastic tabs. Once you get it out you will see the striker has a 1/2 lock nut and washer on it. Loosen the locknut up and then unscrew the striker out by hand a few turns and leave it loose. Set the stock console and new insert on top and try closing the lid. Adjust the striker as needed, when you find what works, take the trays back out and lock the nut and washer down to hold adjustment. Reassemble everything and now it latches just fine.
